Pizza Night

Having friends and family over for pizza makes for a delicious hassle-free vegan meal.  Pizza night with friends is always fun; good conversation, tasty food and occasionally a game of Jenga.  I prep all the vegetables and have the dough ready so when company comes over, people can pair up halving a pizza for themselves with whatever toppings they want.  I even let veggies bring cheese.  Hey- it's their pizza!

'Za Crust
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular flour
1 tablespoon yeast
a pinch of salt n' pepper
3/4 cup warm water

Mix dry ingredients together.  Slowly add the warm water and form a ball.  Let stand for about 15-20 minutes before rolling out.

It's a pretty basic recipe.  I like to put dried basil, oregano and thyme into the dough for more of a herb crust.  Delish.

The tomatoes look like a smiley face!
